Garden & Cleaning Service
The estate is looking for services of a reputable garden, cleaning and landscaping company. The company will be responsible for maintaining the gardens into pristine conditions and cleaning of the common property. Interested companies are encouraged to submit their proposal as per the below tender specification before the closing date of the 9 September 2024.
Security Guarding Service
As an estate we pride ourselves in providing a secure environment for our homeowners. Our security contract with our current service provider is coming to an end soon. We urgently need services of a competent, reliable, well equipped, dependable and reputable security company that we will continue our culture of safeguarding our estate. Interested companies are urged to submit their proposals on or before the closing date of the 16 September 2024
