Agnes Sethole holds a qualification in Social Work. She is currently a business woman and has successfully operated many businesses in the past 45 years. 

She brings to the estate a range of expertise, having had to wear many hats to ensure all businesses are successful. She values progress and performance and is very results driven.

Finance and Legal, Human Resource & Governance. 

Tholang Tsabo holds an MBA and has strong expertise in Accounting, with over 15 years of experience serving on and chairing boards in both the private and public sectors. 

He combines strategic leadership with deep governance experience, ensuring effective oversight, accountability, and value creation in every role he undertakes.

URGRETH MNISI 

Legal, Human Resource & Governance, also Stakeholder Relations.

Urgreth Mnisi has extensive experience in special risk. She drives operational excellence and fosters a strong risk culture. She has expertise in governance, reporting and control. She is very passionate about outdoor activities and lives by a philosophy of hard work, resilience and finding fulfilment through earned success, never taking shortcuts.

MENEER MOKGALAKA – Security.

Meneer Advocate Mokgalaka is currently a School principal. He is also in the final year of LLB. 

Meneer brings to the estate adaptive leadership, critical thinking and discipline, which are qualities that can see our estate develop seamlessly in new, unexplored avenues. Meneer is very passionate about making sure that things are done correctly and fairly.

RODNEY MATHABA – VICE CHAIR. Finance.

Rodney brings extensive professional experience with a strong focus on financial management, strategy, risk management and corporate governance. 

He is committed to supporting the homeowners association’s goals with integrity, transparency and sound decision making.

TIISETSO MELLO - Maintenance, Building & Compliance.

Tiisetso is currently holding a position as a director in a construction company specialising in General Building and Civil Engineering. 

What Tiisetso brings to the estate is a need to implement a functional estate with excellent structural integrity, showcasing meticulous maintenance and upkeep.

ANDISIWE NOMBEWU - Maintenance, Building & Compliance.

Andisiwe’s expertise lie in Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP) & Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr CPM) 

He brings to the estate the willingness to effectively improve the infrastructure, identify stakeholders and establish open and honest communication and collaborative problem solving methods to build trust and address concerns. This will ensure long term success for us all.
